Please describe your complaint in detail: Officer. This very mysterious woman in red has harmed her cats by teaching them to shoot machine guns and send harmful gamma rays through their eyes. This cannot be safe and should not be tolerated.

(Include a description of the animal(s), breed, coloring, etc., details regarding the incident, and any other relevant information) Cats. Machine gun firing, Gamma Ray emitting Cats, Dammit someone listen to me, this is serious. Just look at the pictures up above.
