Though my current AV's a bit dark... it'll probably change by Monday or Tuesday afternoon though. Hopefully I'll be in a lighter mood and can create a more upbeat one.

OK I'm curious here, what do you think make a good av, and makes you like it? What kind of av's don't you like?

I personally like the av's, where the users have tried to find one that mean something to them, or symbolize them in some way. Which is why I've used one of my tattoo's as my av.

Personally I definately don't like av's of guy's cocks, but I will admit that I don't mind if the women posters post parts of themself, like their eyes, smile, clevage, ass and so on

I think a good AV is something that gives you a glimpse of how the poster sees themselves, either at a given moment in time or in general.

I see Ciara's and I belive she's an erotic creature by nature.

I see RJ's and I think cowbow ( a good thing in my opinion- grew up in TX I did).

Catalina-Francisco's makes me think of a couple that's close.

AA's suits him to a proverbial "T," a bit smug and quite knowing with something up his sleeve.

Mr. Blonde's are either cute or disturbing, never sure which. Like the kitten with a skipping step or that odd green thing.

Not to mention Luna's AV's which show the spunk and strength of the wolven one quite well.

Those are just a few off the top of my head. But I think that shows my point- the personality behind the poster showing through in the image they've choosen.

As for body parts- tasteful is the key. Flashing your boobs in an obviously cheap bra isn't going to do much good. But in a classy one, its pretty and identifieable in a good way, if that makes sense.

I agree with vixandra. I spent a lot of time looking for an av that wasn't boring, that had some mystery. There are tons of av's of women flashing their tits, or laying naked on the hood of a car, but that' soooo overdone. lol I like av's that are different and in most cases subtle. I have to admit I like snowy ciara's but that's cause it's unique.

I don't think your AV is too dark Vixandra, I like it.

I like any AV that is unique, like snowy ciara's. And all AV's that have a personal meaning is a good AV.

I also have a weekness for b/w photos, but I don't like closeups off someones private parts. Someones face or something more subtle like graceanne's is the best.

And then we have Kajira Callista's lips, I just want to kiss them everytime
