I don't find any of these actions to be inappropriate. I suppose flirting via PM could be borderline for me.
I wouldn't mind my spouse talking about his sexual experiences with me online, as long as no one know us personally. It's all anonymous, so no one would have any idea who he was talking about.
As for posting erotic photos? I just don't see how that's a violation of a relationship. I mean, if it stays just posting, and it doesn't become inappropriate relationships with others of a more personal nature, I don't see the problem. It's my body. It's my sexuality. Those things don't belong to anyone but me.
Again, as long as you're not exchanging personal photos or striking up intimate relationships with any of your admirers, it's not cheating in my book.
