He drew and fired to protect his own life and the life's of the other officers. Standard procedure. Justifiable homicide.

Renee Good wasn’t there to protest. She and her wife saw the protest after dropping her child off at school and stopped to observe. Officer Good chose to walk in front of her car because he knew she wasn’t dangerous but he wanted to create a pretext for shooting her. Premeditated murder.
