The art of eating chocolate should be an almost sensual experience.

ex....A good truffle will have a crisp chocolate coat from being tempered, once the shell has been carefully bitten through, then one can move on to the delights of the bittersweet chocolate hidden within, a blend of chocolate, cream and liqueors melded into a light, almost whipped consistency,,,it is to be allowed to melt on the tongue so the flavors can give your tastebuds an orgasm...if it's a Teucher's champagne truffle, the light dollop of champagne cream in the center is to be gently licked out with the tip of the tongue to be savoured. It should take at least 10 minutes Minimum to enjoy a truly good chocolate.
