1. I will bend over backwards to help someone when they are respectful and nice. But when you start the conversation loud and rude, baby, you met a brick wall.

2. Saying "well social media will fix this" is the fastest way to end our conversation. Why would I give you anything else to twist and lie about.

3. I have no problem explaining the insurance system to you but that would mean you'd have to stop hollering long enough to listen. But that seems beyond you.

4. I understand $30 is a lot of money to some people and I agree that the American Healthcare system is fucked but these are the rules we have to play by right now.

I have to deal with patients wanting to bring their family with them, to their appointments. Get get very nasty, I had to check them many times.

They don't want to wear the masks and don't want to answer the Covid Questions, I made sure they did or didn't let them in, but they're nasty and ignorant people.

We get called into already escalated incidents, some of the staff are nasty ( yes, I had to check them too )


This week has been cool with no incident, surprisingly, but the medical field is increasingly difficult.
