Who will Clinton choose for VP?

...if the "Powers that Be" decide to send Hillary over the Grassy Knoll, wouldn't they think twice about Liz in the Oval Office?

I doubt it. If Warren were all the principled, she would have endorsed Martin O'Malley. She didn't, and she didn't even endorse Sanders... she was waiting to see which way the wind out the DNC's ass was blowing. She apparently wants to parlay her following into a cabinet post, even if she has to get in line to give blowjobs to the Wall Street nabobs.

Sometimes a good career move requires sacrificing some of your soul, getting down there and putting that figurative, and maybe even literal dick in your mouth. You will even have to pretend you like it...or it might end up being all for not.

Can't blame warren for playing the game well, as long as she doesn't start in with the real scummy shit and stays as principled as she has been so far I won't hold playing good old fashioned politics against her.

As far as I am concerned, Warren's endorsement of Hillary, who opposes all of Warren's proposed financial reforms, constitutes real scummy shit. This is a wake-up call; she could well be another Obama, who carried on about "CHANGE" and then pulled the football away like Lucy in Peanuts.

Maybe...but that would seem pretty out of character, so I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt. If our hypothetical based on some pretty loose observations situation were true I'd have to think she might not only see this as an opportunity to gain prestige/position/power but an opportunity to use that to push her agenda/pull (R)odham left even.

Who knows, she might be going to the dark side.

But I do like her enough not to write her off before she's proven to be a Sith lord, she could still be a good guy.

As much as I like Liz for her principled positions, her kissing Hillary's ring is a minus. If she plays the game and joins Hillary as VP, I think we lose her for at least four years as an advocate for sanity. She will have to toe the party line as VP and gleefully support the Queen's every insanity. She will have surrendered her will to the Dark Lords, there is no coming back from that.

I don't blame her for endorsing Hillary, even though the votes are still being counted and Bernie has an outside chance. Liz needs to stay on Hillz nice list. Even as a leading Senator she has to kiss a little ass to become Majority Leader, if she should not join Hillary as VP. I hope she stays in the Senate and and is available in2020 to replace a failed Clinton fiasco.

Hilly better be careful. Liz might go on the warpath if she doesn't get the VP nod.

I don't think it will be Warren. Hillary is hoping to retake the Senate with Trump at the top of the opposition ticket. She won't risk it.

Hillary will assume that liberal Democrats will be terrified of Trump, and will vote for her no matter what she says or does. Consequently, she will swing way to the right ("triangulation") to woo Republican voters.

Their only strategy to woo progressives it seems is to call them radicals, losers and dreamers (and much worse) and then demand they step into line behind the machine.

I see a flaw there.

2016 is a struggle tween the haves and have nots. Trump gets it but Hillary and the GOP don't.

Obama was change... Maybe not what many of his backers wanted, or to that degree, but definitely an improvement over his predecessor.

The distinct possibility of another "President Clinton" (who only has that surname because of the previous one, & not a genetic connection) makes me wish she could pick Obama, or that he in some way could run again... With the exception of Bernie (who it appears will not be a candidate come November), I'd vote for BO again.

Really? In what way? Perhaps on LGBT issues. Or maybe in the dramatic escalation of drone assassinations? He is different than Bush in the sense that Bush never asserted a constitutional right to order the execution of American citizens without due process. But given time, I'm confident that Bush would have done that as well.

No, he sent a bunch overseas to die, telling us all it was due to something we all (those of us still living, anyway) later learned was BS (just like him "winning" the Presidency)...

...Which probably changed a lot of things for us survivors. (I know a local event was passed on to a different company that made the quality drop quick after the leader-if-it's son died in the war.)... Including angering more folks who were one way or another involved in more Americans dying without ever leaving their hometowns.

That's not the name of Darwin's theory son, go graduate from middle school and try again.

That's also nothing to do with this topic. Go post something about the topic, & or go as you suggested I do &... Well, that's it.

You idiots? You mean Koreans? or Asexuals? Why are you such a bigot?

I'm not, & you might know that among other things if you weren't an idiot as I rightfully stated.

Didn't stop you from bringing it up and failing horribly at it.

Oh so it is against Koreans AND asexual people, at least you show your true colors.

Keep refusing to clarify and just entrench your guilt, bigot :D

Elizabeth Warren’s Popularity Suffers After Clinton Endorsement

Since Elizabeth Warren endorsed Hillary Clinton, the Massachusetts senator has seen her social media popularity plummet. The senator has two Facebook pages: one for official business and another that is simply a public figure page. Both of those pages have suffered since she appeared on MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow Show on Thursday and endorsed Clinton.

Warren invoked Bernie Sanders as she sat across from Maddow and gave her reasons for supporting Clinton.

“I take my cue on every part of this from Bernie himself and what he said right from the beginning.. what this is about, what we’re doing here is about millions of people across this country, millions of people who work hard every day and just keep getting slammed.”

Her words, however, are a bitter pill to swallow for Sanders supporters and other progressives, who believe she has taken the easy way out. Throughout the primary cycle, Warren withheld her endorsement, waiting until it became clear that Clinton would clinch the nomination. She once said that she was “still cheering Bernie on,” and has overall been positive about his campaign. However, her refusal to come out and endorse him left millions of Sanders supporters feeling frustrated and betrayed.

Obama was change. Unfortunately the American people do not want change. And the Republicans did their damnedest to ensure changes did not happen.

Government opposition should ensure the ruling party stays honest. Not sabotage every initiative and attempt to rule by subversion amidst chaos. And now they have the Donald. Serves them right.

Obama was change. Unfortunately the American people do not want change...

From Obama. Unfortunately, they are forced to, which will send them ironically back to the "put-upon" wife of another former President.

However, the GOP did their best to guarantee that by not giving voters a real contender.
