True story.
My wife and I got to chatting (face-to-face, IRL) with a woman who turned out to be a Ph.D. in psychology.
At one point, I think in a playful effort to discomfit me, the ladies (she was married too, FWIW, but her husband was elsewhere) turned the subject toward adult topics, specifically how even the thought of bare breasts made men unsettled.
My wife told the good doctor that I had, one summer, asked if she would be so kind as to wear a bikini top in the house when we were alone. I had and I was answered with one of those looks.
They both laughed (I smiled, weakly), but bless her psychologist’s heart, she (possessed of small breasts) then gently chided my wife (who wore a 40D bra), “You make it sound like it was a bad idea!”
