I keep mine trimmed. I'm of the opinion that I don't want to comb my hoo haw. I also find I get less smelly by day's end if it's trimmed. I've tried shaving a few times and I didn't particularily like how it looked.

I don't get razor burn or bumps, especially if I keep a patch on top trimmed, instead of shaved. With a good routine and regular shaving, most don't have a problem with irritation or ingrown hairs.

This statement just sums up the whole appeal of a shaved pubic region for me. I don't view this as a deal breaker nor would I ever push anyone to try it if they didn't feel comfortable, but what Eriak says is true. It has very little to do for me as to the appeal of the appearance, it's the "lickability" for lack of a better term ,that I find appealling.

Part of it, honestly, is some amount of insecurity on my part because I have trouble returning the favor. I personally keep my private area, and all other aspects of my appearance, the way I do for ME. Not for some guy or anyone else but because I like the way it feels or looks. In this case it's the pure smooth sensation of it if you will that makes me bother to shave every other day.

I like that yummy so smooth feeling. I also like the feeling of shaving cream in my hands and else where. The warm water washing away the stubble and cream is a wonderful sensation too. It takes 1-3 minutes at most. Just enough time for the conditioner to work in my hair before I rinse it off.

I think that hair is fine. I also contrary to what some have said think it might help with any smell one doesn't like of their own nether region. It's a filter of sorts IMO.
