Why is it that not one of your 30 Rambo lawyers have come up with one person who actually paid for a rape kit? Could it possibly be that they were charged to the insurance companies when possible and it was the insurance people who complained?
Protecting the identity of a rape victim is paramount - more important then making them fodder for political gain. Should someone come forward and self-disclose, that's fine, but no one with the files should help identify anyone who ever was raped.
In my State the evidence kit itself is paid by the AG's office, the hospital visit exam and antibiotics are charged to the individual victimized. If they have no insurance there are other sources for payment assistance including the far-left socialist program "crime victims compensation" program that might reimburse some expenses as long as the person victimized cooperates with law enforcement.
