If you’re saying they’re teaching something that’s not in the curriculum then you’re saying they’re teaching something not in the curriculum AND the curriculum. You need to explain how they have time to do both.
Since you’re saying they’re doing both they need resources to do both, if they’re not buying those resources teachers are creating them, and again, where does that time come from?
Schools can’t afford teachers, yet you’re saying that teachers are somehow able to teach two different curriculums.
