Widow

My hand moved past her face and grabbed a strand of hair, he gently lid it slid on his hand, and he looked at Margaret with desire in his eyes. "I do." He said calmly.

She gulped nervously, her mind filled with all the what ifs, then she realized that if she was what ifing it meant she was considering what he was proposing. She managed to get away and to the edge of pool again and she lifted herself out of the water.

"I always wanted to go skydiving," Margaret said as she snagged a towel, desperately trying to change the topic, without hurting anyones feelings.

I see her get out of the pool, and I followed her out. She was playing hard to get. "Why are you fighting it? Don't want to?"

"Go skydiving?" she asked trying to reinforce a new topic, "O well I'm probably too old to do anything that dangerous anymore. My life is one of simple pleasures," she couldn't believe she'd just say pleasure, "and small dreams."

I sighed and continued to approach her. "No. Not that." I notticed she was backing up, and we reached a wall. I placed my hand besides her head. "You know what I want, don't you Margaret?"

Margaret had backed herself up against the house, and now she was trapped. She doubted he would force her, and she also doubted that if he were to try that she'd be entirely unwilling. She licked her lips a few times and took a couple of deep breaths as it felt like her heart was pounding a mile a minute. "Why don't you tell me so it's all very clear."

I moved closer and closer until I could feel her breath against my skin. "I want you."
