Maybe she's wearing the winning team's sweatshirt and the young male students are high-fiving and hugging her… eventually groping her.

Or maybe she's wearing the losing team's sweatshirt and the young male students are teasing her. I've had a semi-related story idea for a while about a woman in a situation like this who agreed flirtatiously to a bet on the outcome of the game with an opposing student. Maybe it was just a kiss, which she teasingly agreed to, knowing that her team was heavily favored to win.

Then, when she realizes it’s not her husband, is she enjoying it enough that she doesn’t let on that she knows so she can later "innocently” tell her husband she had no idea he had stopped.

This works well as a short story where you find out at the end that the two have very different ideas of when the encounter ended.

I really love the idea where the husband starts groping her first (which the wife knows about), then secretly gives other guys the chance to grope her without her realizing it's not him anymore.

I like the police idea, it reminded me of the scene in the movie Crash where this happened. The husband was put in a position where he had no choice but to watch a cop sexually harass his wife. That movie had a different situation, this storyline you described is a little more invasive.

Husband takes his wife to see a doctor...a friend of theirs, and he starts to examine her...and of course, he slowly fondles and bares her body, doing the most intimate things in the name of a physical.

You could always have a situation where the wife is crowd surfing at a concert and things get out of hand, maybe with men and women feeling the wife up to perhaps her clothes getting torn off her body as the crowd moves her around?

Maybe the husband is legit trying to help her, but the crowd is unintentionally blocking his rescue efforts, so he can only watch helplessly as his wife is held and groped by strangers?

This definitely in NC/R territory, so you really need to know your audience for the story.
