Facebook gave my computer herpes, but my boyfriend fixed it. Yay! :D
So I am back! :nana:

I'm hoping the CD I had in the drive with ALL of my stories on it wasn't fuckered up by the herpes though. :(
I've yet to try it. I'm scared. Someone tell me there's nothing wrong with it, lol.

Hey try this first:

true story: I was in charge of a computer lab at a school and we actually had a horrific leak in the ceiling that dumped gallons of water on our server and hubs shortening out everything. After we dried and repaired everything, we hooked it all back together and said a full decade of rosaries then fired up the system. Other than one keyboard hooked to the server everything worked fine without any data loss. We should have lost everything, but ending up only losing a keyboard.

One decade of the rosary first.

Shout me a line and I'll do a decade with you before you fire up!

At my mom's house they can't get high speed internet. (out in the middle of no where, lol.)
So back in the dial up days, I had two computers get struck by lightning through the phone line.
Her house has been struck a total of... seven times I believe. Six or seven. Talk about needing a lightning rod! lol.
So after the second computer got fried, I wised up and started saving them elsewhere.
I coulda had a best seller on there that got zapped!!!! :eek:
(okay, I doubt it, but a girl can dream, lol.)

I'm gonna sit this one out. That does however mean I get time to finish up the two or three other, non-comp stories I have scattered around my electronic desktop.:)
 
I am so scatterbrained.
I have now looked at two stories already partially written for the contest..
Started one.. got stuck on it...
Started another unrelated that I thought could turn into one..
And started another this morning that I have no idea where it's going yet.

Hmm. lol.
Shall I play eeny meeny miney mo? :p

I am kinda leaning towards this last one. :)
