I had the same problem of two stories started and well into the plot of the first. I ended up writing a new one altogether and surprised myself in the new story going far beyond the old ones. Maybe see where the new story leads with fresh inspiration. Goodluck!

Plug in a usb keyboard, that should help a little

The keyboard really isn't too bad.

If it's small screen size plug it into a bigger monitor!

That's part of it. The left side of my screen has lines through it and I can't tilt it back. (Dropped one too many times.)

My son has a small laptop and with his games that wasn't cutting it, so we picked up just a larger flat panel monitor somewhere on sale and plugged it into the side slot. Works much better for him, just not quite as portable. Netbooks should have the same input slot since they are often used for presentations. Good luck!

Just submitted my first lit story for...well, waaaaaaay too long really. It feels good.

My story is only a short little thing all about a sexy Lapland Sleigh Ride and will be in the exhibtionism category.

I'm not sure how it'll do, I'm just excited to be joining in. Maybe I can get that coveted last place this time? *fingers crossed*

If it's worth anything, it's amusing me with its seriousness.
I always try and throw in a little conflict, but dammit, real life is full of enough conflict. I want my stories to be happily ever after.
However, this has a little conflict.. mostly interal though.. but its tickling me.
I can't wait to get home from work so I can write. I'm hoping to get it submitted tomorrow.
I hope it gets recieved well.. there's quite a bit of the religious aspect to it, much to my surprise.
(But, when a story starts wrting itself, you can't complain too much, can ya? lol.)

*Laugh* Nope. I do indeed have a winter story in the of the Wood universe, but I need to establish one more character before I can write it, and this one will tie in with previous stories too much to be in a contest. Unlike all the other entries, you'll actually have to have read previous stories to get the full impact of this one.

Maybe next year for Gift of the Wood.

Odds are that if I do write one for this contest, it will be in my third pen name and never announced. My stories as Dark and Les get too involved to finish in time. My third pen name is all quickies. Just broke 100k views on one of those a few days ago
