Dumbass there are different types of rape. The reason I asked the question is that the figures in the OP do not agree with recent studies. A study in Europe found that pregnancy occurs, one in twenty times or 5% of the time when no contraceptive is used. The crime figures for 2013 show there were about 89,000 rapes in the US for the whole year. So a figure of 32,100 pregnancies would be about a 33% pregnancy rate. So the info does not add up. Now if it was cases of repeated rape such as incest, or repeated abuse of an underage girl then it would change the figures up slightly but it would not change them this much. Seems to me the person talking about 32,000 pregnancies from rape is full of shit.

The taxpayer isn't responsible for women who are criminally violated by rapists, just like it isn't liable for the cost of replacing the teeth of a victim of a physical assault, or the losses of a victim of an armed robbery. Nobody is trying to make the taxpayers pay for it, even though, with the ACA, they will effectively be paying for the rehabilitation of people who are injured in criminal attacks or even by their own negligence.

Another thing that makes the figure you posted rubbish is that if you include women raped while on birth control and the women raped by men wearing condoms the pregnancy rate is even higher than 33% which shows just how much bullshit the figures are. Stating figures that are grossly exaggerated does nothing but hurt the victims. People just tune out because they know they are being lied to.

The Fourth Amendment doesn't give you autonomy over your body. It doesn't allow you to use your body illegally for instance. It doesn't allow you to use your body to fuck your dog, your child, to push somebody off a building. The law requires you to control your body and it's functions.

Read the Fifth Amendment:

Rob, Vettman said it is the law of the land. Anyone with a particle of intelligence knows that it is legal on the federal level. The thing is the issue has been given back to the states and many are either outlawing it or making it so hard to maintain a clinic that they are closing left and right.
