After playing Word Express for so long, I think I must not be the only one to get fed up of trying to think of new words beginning with "ic" or "on" or "er" or "te" (i.e. the last two letters of the previous word) .... so why don't we do almost the same thing, but this time you can use ANY two consecutive letters from the previous word to start your word ...
e.g. express ===> present ==> engage ..... get it?
OK, let's give it a go ....
infirmary (a word which would almost certainly have been followed before by rye or ryebread ...)
