OOC: Our 100th post!
I stood there wearing my professional mask and took in every word Jake delivered with utmost confidence. He certainly was a natural salesperson and had me convinced but his fading words and straying eyes at the end ruined it for him. Jake’s suggestions were good. In fact, they were great. I almost sighed out loud. He represents a new generation who can make us dinosaurs extinct if we can’t evolve with the times. One thing I’m sure of, I’m not ready to die – Yet!
Walking up to Jake, I noticed there was a desperate plea in his eyes. It’s funny how someone like Jake can hold a masculine statuesque and carry a natural air of confidence, but his eyes were a dead giveaway. Cupping his strong square jaws in my hands, I leaned in with my eyes closed and kissed him softly on his lips. His arms remained on his side afraid or refusing to touch me.
After releasing him, I opened my eyes lazily and whispered on his lips. “Jake, one day, you are going to be an excellent salesperson. Heck, you might even be better than me. But right now, we have to do this my way. I know what I’m doing. "
Jake opened his mouth to say something. My tongue used the opportunity to snake its way inside. My arms wrapped around his neck in a bear hug and pulled him towards me. There was a sense of inner struggle in him. Finally, Jake conceded. His long arms found its way around the small of my back.

to a wonderful writer, fun collaborator, and one hell of a sexy man! Your first 1000 post was a hell of a ride and I’m honored to be included by your side, under you, over you, from behind, etc. <grin> Seriously, I hope your next 1000 will be just as thrilling as your previous. Thank you for being a friend.
