Why does it say this on the Terms and Conditions page of that site?

And, I quote:

Ways To Get Paid.

Wires: We can wire your earning straight to your bank account every 14 days. This will be subject to a charge of $20.00 domestic or $30.00 Foriegn incurred by your bank. Minimum payout must exceed $500.

E-Passport: This is a weekly payment plan subject to a $2.00 processing fee.

PayPal: This is a weekly payment plan subject to a $2.00 processing fee.

Check: The minimum check amount must equal or exceed the amount of $50.00 before a check can be issued. Only one account is allowed per company or organization. This is subject to a $3.00 processing fee.

The pay period is from thursday to wednesday of each week. The check will be cut 14 days after that pay period to offset any fraud or chargebacks.
Example Pay Period:
You will get paid for the pay period of 11-6 through 11-12 on 11-28, 14 days after that pay period.

It doesn't square with what you said in your initial post and subsequent posts to me, about PayPal, etc.

Plus, I already know all about PayPal's T&C's.

I will give you a user name and password to all the pay sites.

No, once you do a review of site, you are not responsible to re-review it.

The 45 mins does include viewing the site. The sample review document is there for you to view. It might take some of you 90 mins depending on how fast you work and how creative you are. This estimation is what I have received from my current writers.

- Legitimite employers/recruiters should be able to provide actual, substantial, concrete proof of identity, if not through records then at least through references of some sort
- Legitimite recruiters should be able to provide some sort of references for themselves
- Legitimite recruiters should be able to advertise and promote their "products" a hell of a lot more efficiently and effectively...although I suppose that could simply be a shortcoming of this particular recruiter...
