A set of shackles hung from the ceiling and a set of shackles laid on the floor. He opened Katie's cell and went inside.

He out her ankles into the shackles attached the floor. Because of the height she was forced to stand on her tiptoes. Then he walked over to the cabinet and took out a large wooden paddle with three holes drilled in the end. He walked around her and said, "From now on you will refer to me as Master... I will refer to you as Katherine... You are my slave... And you will do as you are told..." He stood behind her and tapped her ass with the paddle a couple times, "What is my name? What is your name? What are you? and What will you do? You will get five smacks for every wrong answer... and they will be a hell of a lot harder that that little tap I just gave you..."
