I morph back into cheetah form, my sense of hearing more acute now, and i hear the faint russle of clothing. i dart through the halls only to be halted by a looming figure. i let out a growl and morph back into lava/human form. I ask, "what is your business here" obviously new here the man laughs at me. My body glows brighter and hotter, awaiting attack

Following the new x-person, Spiderman web slinged through the halls. She was fast, but he was kept up with her. Just as they were about to turn a corner Spierman's spider sense went off. He tried to warn her, but it was too late. She had rounded the corner.
Spiderman followed her, looking at the dark man. He stood beside Lava. About time there was some action in this town. Spiderman prepared for battle.

sensing someone near me on my right and in front of me i cast a glow to make the whole room brighter, i knew the one on my right was spiderman, it smelled like him. The one in front of me was a handsome devil...well maybe that isnt the right word for it, for the man had Fangs! i laugh startling them both, i can have fangs too, two can play at that game. "you better state your purpose boy before i burn that smirk off your face." i said to the man in front of me.
Vampire Vs .........Everyone!!!!
I stand my ground still in human form. The girl who saw me first barks something about my business there. I laugh softly as the spandex covered spider....man jumps from behind the corner clinging to the wall on the girl's right. She finishes another threat as The blonde guy with metel wings swoops up behind them, a girl ninja in his arms.
The wind from the x-man's wings pushes me back several steps. With a low hum, a metaphysical sword erupt's from the girl ninja'a hand. "You better state your purpose boy before I burn that smirk off your face". The girl in front tenses, staring into my eyes, confident in the delivery of her threats.
"Such hostility" I smile, putting my hands up. "do you treat all visitors like this?". The spider jumped off the wall with a flip landing in my face,"Look count Duckula, this isn't my turf, but Im pretty sure Proffesor-X doesn't want Bram Stoker movie rejects biting his students, so my suggestion is to leave without us having to injure you severly."
The spider puffed his chest out and looked straight up at me. Still with my hands in the air I look over the bug's shoulder at the ninja girl frowning at me....Her eyes begin to radiate a dull yellow.
"where did he go!!!!!!" She yells, spinning around looking in every direction. "Betsy, he hasnt moved....?" The blonde angel tries to calm her down with a hand on her shoulder. "Nooooooo!!!!, Get away!!!!!", she screams thrashing around, sending him back with a kick to the stomach.
The spider spins around confused, I use his distraction grabbing him tightly around the neck pulling him close."Sorry spider, I don't think I am going to take your suggestion!". I hear him gasp as I hurl him into the x-girl, who had begun to erupt into flames, sending them crashing into a pile with the angel, leaving the girl ninja shaking her head as I relinquish my hypnotic control.
"This is Xaviers defense's?", I smirk placing my hands in my pockets.

Before spidey can fall on me and seriously erupt himself in flames i use my telekenesis to land him next to me, "i get up and burn brighter. i hurdle my body in front of him for the attack. "is that all ya got?" i slowly use my telekenises to flip him upsidedown and dangle him by one foot. "i'd appreciate if you didn't throw me on the floor next time" i deliver a round house to his chest, burning away whatever material there was there before. "next time it ain't gonna be your shirt that's burning" He slowly comes outta my mental grip and i see him flash me a grin, two white fangs come out into view and i gasp. "holy..." Thank god he can't sink those babys into me...

Archangel recovered and swooped in with a wing attack. THe sharp metalic wings managed to slicea gaping hole in the vamp's cloths, and would have done more had not the vampire moved aside. PSylock dissapered somewhere while Spiderman covered the vamp with webbing. He broke out of it though, and nocked archangel out of the sky as he swooped in for another attack.
Ther flaming girl sent a flame thrower at the vamp, singing more of his cloths. "I've heard of a firy temper, but this is rediculous" spiderman's relentles joking did nothing to slow him down as he webslung around and kicked vamp. Archangel was once again in the air sending feather missles at the vampire, who dodged them effortlessly. Then suddenly, PSylock appeared behiond the vampire, slaming her psyblade into the back of his neck. Human mutant or vampire, when the psyblade touched the brain, your out for the count. Archangel remembered that from his first encounter with psylock, just before she was kidnaped by magneto.

Sending a ring of lava around the unconscious form i morph into a hawk to take a closer look, seemingly unconsious i land next to the heap of singed man, he wasnt bad looking, quite peaceful right now, as long as you couldn't see the fangs. He began to stir..

Restraints, metalic restraints were banded around his body. A blongdolf and a mizzle were placed on his face. The vampire was well secured with the efficiancy given to a powerfull mutant. When yiu have mind control abilities, super strength, immortality, and other unknown abilities, certain precautions are made. Like a solar spectrum light, that activates if the vamp get's out of line. Failsafes that even a mind controlled human couldn't override.

Stupid vampire. Spiderman watched as lava kicked his ass. He was suprised, he rarely saw a woman fight that well, much protect him from the mean old vampire man.
Spiderman stood by Lava, looking at those fangs, "Thanks, I was about to get in there..... but you wer"
"Give it a rest, you're welcome." Lava smiled at him.
Then, an extremely bright light came from the vampire. Spiderman covered his eyes, but it was too bright. As soon as it was gone he tried to find the vampire, but he couldn't. There was too much in his eyes, he was temporarily blinded.
A foot landed squarely on his chest. He was flung back to the wall, ... again... Spiderman shook his head, twice in one night, a new record.
Lava landed beside him.
"I don't think he is getting the hint."
She nodded, "You want to take him?"
"No, you are doing fine. Kick him once for me."
Lava smiled, turning into lava again, going after the vampire. Spiderman was still trying to get his sight back.

The cold steel around my hands, feet and mouth is the first sensation I get back. My thoughts race playing back my battle with the x-men, I remember most the look in the fire girls eyes when I smiled at her, I don’t need to be a telepath to know she was more frightened than she has been in a long time. “Ughhh!” I groan, slowly opening my eyes, being careful not to alert anyone in the room to my true consciousness, to just how awake I am.
My vision is blurry, the room slowly lines up and stops spinning after several seconds. When my sight clears, I let the corners of my mouth rise in a successful smile of triumph. ”Why, why do you come here attacking my students…..Vampire is that what you are? Why are you here?”. Xaviers wheel chair hummed over towards me from across the room, his hands glasped in front of his mouth.
I open my eyes completely, moving my head to the left and right. A blue flash falls in front of my eyes, then a face fills my sight. ”Most curious, this vampire is indeed a mutant professor”. This blue beast spoke with eloquence and wore small rimmed glasses. I managed a chuckle. He steadied my head with his clawed hand and opened my eye wide shining a small light into it with his other hand…………I concentrated sending out slight brain waves untraceable by either of their ears.

"How long are we going to have to wait, until we get to bust up this place?, he's haven all the fun!!"
I look up from the equipment, annoyed at Pulse's need for destruction. "You know as well as I do, that we wait for the signal." I look back at the flashing screen, I can't help but think what Luke must be doing in there..
"The detinators are preped. On your word Haze............"
Being left incharge of a group of your peers isn't something i was born to do, i am not a leader. This is Lukes show, always has been. I look back down waiting for his sign.

“Why are you here vampire? I know you fought alongside Magneto recently, and one of my student’s runs here from you surely you are not that consumed with killing her?” I smile pulling my head from the beast’s grip. “ Believe me, If I wanted to, that student of yours would have been dead long before I got here”. The blue guy walks over to a desk and begins typing on a keyboard.
“Then why are you here!”, Xavier narrows his eyes as he raises his voice. I cast another grin baring my fangs ”I have no loyalty to Magnus, my best interests lie here with you". "With me?" Xavier raises an eyebrow. I again smile contently. "You!........intend to kill me!!!!!" Xavier scans my mind shocked at the results.
The beast continues typing in the background. I instantly activate my powers,Turning into Vampire form, the restraints tighten around me. Xavier backs away his eyes wide."Its nothing personal Xavier" I rip with my strength pulling my left hand free. "How????" Xavier continues his retreat, only to be halted by the blue beast.
Xavier turned looking behind him, "Hank?". The beast's eyes glowed yellow before he snarled knocking Xavier to the ground. I pull at the muzzle around my face throwing it to the floor. I look over at Blue boy my eyes radiating. "Good, come over here and get me out!". He obeys, walking over to me and entering codes releasing the metal restraints that bind me.
I rub my wrists as I step on to the cold floor. "Thanks for the help", I strike out at the beast leaving him a heap next to Xavier. I look around the room as alarms start to sound throughout the institution. Closing my eyes I concentrate generating a high piched signal all around me,
"Come on Haze, I hope your still listening"

OOC; are you people blind!? there were blindfolds and gags!
don't forget the solar spectrum light! any sign of escape, and it turns on! Noone knows where it is or how to turn it off. Otherwise the vampire mind control trick would have done it. Their called failsafes for a reason! just pretending they aren't there isn't going to affect the horrible fatal burn the vampire will recieve any less!

(this is back before he was taken i guess...)
i smile at spider man, lick my lips "im goin in for the kill, my ass hurts from the fall and now he is gonna pay"
as i get up and look over at the vampire, i raise my arms to the ceiling and a small lava ball forms between my upraised arms...someone telepathically makes me drop my weapon (the ball of course) and comes in to restrain him, someone whom i dont know speaks to me and says "little lady, calm yourself, he is already unconsious."
I follow them as they take him away, still weary that he is not restrained well enough, or he will escape, i still think i should have killed him. i see professor xavior in the room, and morph into a small bird and perch myself upon the cage in which the vampire is locked, a blue hairy beast is typing some information into the mainframe and xavier is questioning the hostage. the vampire slowly regains conciousness and notices me perched on the top, so i fly to the doorframe.
(ooc...there are two versions goin on in the story, but vampire has to escape or else it is no fun, he has to be able to get out of the restraints, maybe i should accidently let him out? give me your ideas..)

OOC:I am sorry If I misunderstood, but I WAS aware of the failsafe restraints. I thought If anyone would know how to disarm them ALL It would be Doc Henry (Hank) McCoy. If you read my post closely, He makes the mistake of checking my eyes for cuncussion, and because my powers are not phychic or telepathic, but high piched brain waves they are practically un-detectable by Xavier and the like.
The Beast was in my power when he walked away and began typing (setting the vampire loose). I find it a little hard to believe that NO ONE knows how to dis-arm the fail safe, and come on I havn't even left the room.
BUT.......I am an adjustable guy, your call!!However If Samazn Is taking the path I think he is I dont think you x-men will have time to debate.

I jump to my feet as the red light blinks on my wrist watch.Looking down at the sonar equipment, huge transparent waves erupt from deep inside the mansion. "Alright people, Thats Luke's signal, he must have located Xavier".
Pulse walks over standing beside me, grinding his fist into the palm of his hand. "Bout time the boss man gave us a holer!!!, I can't wait to bag me an X-man". I smirk over at him before yelling back to the others.
"The vampire has Xavier, lets show them he's not alone!!"
Pulse's laughing gets interrupted by two explosions, one destroying the entire front of the main building, the other enveloping several of the surrounding constructions. Several people lay scattered around the grounds some stedily lifting themselves up, others laying motionless.
"Phaze B complete, lets finish this and get out of here!" The others pack up equipment, then assemble behind me ready for our final assult.

I walk over to one of the steel tables grabbing my trench coat and shirt. Before I get a chance to pull my clothes back on, the doors to the lab slide open with a low metalic whoosh. I throw my clothes back on the table turing vampire.

"Hey Bub,What the hell was that high piched screamin', I dont care how you got out, but it doesnt look like chuck OK'd it to me".His eyes narrow as he looks at the fallen Xavier on the floor.Dammit he must have hyper sensative hearing to have picked up my sonar. Stedeing himself he prepares to leap at me.
Instantly before I get a chance to react, I hear several concussive blasts, distracting everyone. In mere seconds the very floor shook underneath us sending me to the ground. I use my powers speeding towards Xavier, I grab him diving behind the restraints that bound me.
I hear the old guy start to scream a warning,"No, a bomb everybody get outta he..!!!!!". His warning is too late, intense heat and destruction sweep past sending the x-men flying in every direction. I look down at Xavier, aslight smirk on my lips,
"Haze always did know.....how to make an entrance!"

Instantly before I get a chance to react, I hear several concussive blasts, distracting everyone. In mere seconds the very floor shook underneath us sending me to the ground. I use my powers speeding towards Xavier, I grab him diving behind the restraints that bound me.
I hear the old guy start to scream a warning,"No, a bomb everybody get outta he..!!!!!". His warning is too late, intense heat and destruction sweep past sending the x-men flying in every direction. I look down at Xavier, aslight smirk on my lips,
"Haze always did know.....how to make an entrance!"

I felt the explosion but my body heat is too intense for them to break through to me, the debris burn up before they can hit me, my so called "biospere" kept me alive. among the rubble and the smoke i see a man with a cocky grin on his face. the smile literally melted off his face when he saw me walk through the smoke to him, i cocked my head and grined, "now, now now, someone has a mighty big ego and a big temper" i say teasingly. i continue to walk closer to him until he can feel the intense heat radiating from my body. "You better hope on your life that my suit isn't ruined." with that thought i delivered a round house to his chest catching his shirt on fire and knocking him to the floor, I use my telekenises to lift him off the floor by his shirt. "you fucked with the wrong x-man." noticing xavier, and spider man and a few others are still alive in the room, i get irritated. i also notice a few of the "bad" mutants are still around. i'll deal with them later if need be. "tick tock, my patience is drawing to a close my dear, what am i to do with you?"

I run through the rubble, the others moving out into their own scrimages with the consciece X-Men. The small radar at my side beeps systematicly, locating Luke's Position in the mansion.
I run through one of the charred halls looking into every room for signs of life. I get stopped in my tracks landing on my back by a fist that seemed to appear out of no where!. "What the...?", I land sliding back.
"I dont know who you are mein fruend, but you will pay for your un provoked attack on the school!!", standing in front of me with both fists clenched stood some sort of....elf with teleporting abilities. "Sorry pal, Just following orders" I jump at him fists first.
With a BAMPF!, and puff of smoke the elf dissapeared, leaving me swiping at mid air. "Come out X-Man, stop being such a cowering dissapointment!", I yell moving my head all around looking in every direction. I freeze, seeing two narrowed yellow eyes, glowing up in a dark corner.
"You attack our home without warning or reason....." The mutant again ceases to exist for a second, dissapearing in smoke cutting off his sentance. I smell sulfer in the air, and suddenly with another BAMPF! I feel the elf clinging to my back, it's strange three fingered hands tightly holding my shoulders."..The X-Men will fight to stop you from achieveing whatever you intend" the elf leans close to my ear his voice low and threatening.
"Your wrong!, we have already achieved our intentions ", I whisper just loud enough for the elf to hear as my eyes shade over with a purple glow. I hear him gasp as he senses the mass energy build up, But I activated my power first and the second he hesitated teleporting, I focused, consentrating. With the low hum of energy, my mutant power extended out from inside me causing a perfect sphere to encase my entire body.
The elf propells back rapidly, through the wall at the end of the hall and I lose sight of him as he fly's back into the surrounding trees. I keep the bio spere engaged for several second before it starts to power down returning dormently to my re-structured mutant system."I didn't like him!" I stare after the elf, before looking back down at my locator.

out of nowhere the guy whom i was talking with just darted outta the room "oh hun, don't make me run." i reach out my hand and a small lava mouse forms, i give it a kiss on the nose and give it an order to follow the man. i look around the room clearing away debris with my telekenises. i spot spider man in a heap over in the corner. i glide over and help him stand, unable to touch him all i can use is my mental abilities. i prop him up against the wall until i can figure out what to do with him, xavier is slowly crawling to the main computer, he pushes a button of warning and sirens go off, i lift xavier up and put him in his broken chair. the rest of the x-men will have to fend for themselves, spidey stirs, i go over to him and sweep my hand in front of his face as i would if i could touch him, i lift him up mentally and wait until his eyes open, I flash him a grin, "NO NO NO your not gonna faint on me again, stand up, once again i saved your spandex covered ass." he manages a smile "go find the bastard." "im already on it chief." i say with a wink. i close my eyes so i can see what my mouse friend is, and i see the man who detenated the bomb with a strange elf. "ill be back spidey." i switch places with my mouse, me morphing to where the mouse was and vice versa. I stand back noticing that the elf is takin care of whatever is goin on, im still pissed, so i hold out my arm and let heat radiate intensly from my finger tips. the "bad" guy from before turns around noticing me, his eyes growing a deep purple. my eyes glowing a deep red, "you aint gonna get away from me again."
