Silk tried to catch her breath staring at Nightray. "He... that bastard!" She sobbed angrily wiping the tears from her eyes. She felt so violated. She stood up gingerly and Nightray helped her. Nightray helped Silk to the medical lab. Rogue entered with a look of concern at the disheveled Silk. "Rogue.. there was a guy... he called himself Renegade... I think he's in trouble... Rogue gathered up Silk in her arms which were covered in long gloves. "It'll be fine sugah... we'll find him... you gotta rest now okay?"
"I can't rest... I need to go with the team... please... you've gotta let me go with the team!" Silk's eyes were intense and brooked no room for discussion. Rogue watched her carefully, "are you sure you're up to it?" She asked Silk. Silk nodded defiantly.

Silk & Nightray put on their uniforms and Rogue went to gather some more members for the team.

"you need manners though boy." i notice nomad still staring at me, we havent seen each other since i was around 15 years old. it's been 4 years, and alot has changed. when i get in the back seat, i rearrange this renegade guy and place his head on my lap. brushing his hair out of his eyes, i notice a snarl spread over nomad's lips. i just ignore nomad and begin humming, placing my fingers at his temples i begin to try to heal him a bit,a light glow coming from my fingers, i figure i dont want him dead before i find out what the hell nomad wants him for. i feel him start to shift a bit, and i hold him down, trying to make sure nomad doesnt know what im doing, it isnt that i dont want to help nomad out, we go back a hell of a long way, but i dont know why he is punishing this fellow and i know for a fact from watching this man's powers that nomad may have a small price to pay, for now, i just keep my indifference. i tie the scrap of what i left of this man's shirt around a cut on his arm. i rest my hand on his chest and the other on his forehead, continueing to send small waves of healing through his body. staring out the window, i start a conversation with nomad, asking what he has been up to...later ill ask what the hell he thinks he is doing..
