Crawfish are awesome, a lot of work for a little bit of the meat but the spices make it one of the tasitest treats around. Also, you never now how how spicy a potato can be until you've had one that's been boiled with the crawfish and all of its spices.

We were able to get a few dozen almost a month ago here, but not alot of crabbers from here are fishing right now.....but the ones we got then were delicious.....full blue points......ohhhh chere' they are my alltime favorites.....yummy
