It was not my intention to cause discontent. but the rest of Europe has more liberal laws than the UK and so do you in the USA on some thing. Just sex is legal at 16 that’s all I was saying.

Debate is free in most walks of life on any subject. I personally agree with LitEs approach on this emotive subject but from this debate I think we have found out there is no clear guidance to exactly what is allowed.

Hell MOST ALL teenagers and young adults from 13 to 21 don't understand the impact of sex!! Why do you think we have so many "babies having babies"??? From 13 on up, we get a LOT of pregnant teens because KIDS (yes, many legal young adults fit under this title still!) think they are "old enough" or "ready" for sex! But, in truthfulness, they are NOT ready to deal with everything having sex entails.

Okay, you're kidding me, right? Can we drop this now? It's 18, it's not going to be 16, or 14, or 8. Let's just move on with our lives, okay?

How many times do we have to tell you people...?!?!?! It does not matter what U.S. law says, or California state (where Laurel and Manu live). Laurel does NOT want stories with persons UNDER 18 on HER site. Simple as that. Case closed. End of story.

If you do NOT like this rule, find another site. You'll be hard pressed to find such a WONDERFUL site that is FREE!!! Hell, even White Shadows turned to a pay site, and they won't even update their stories there anymore. That means you'll be paying for very OLD stories.

So, either play by Lit's rules or leave. No one is keeping you here!

Well that was lovely. i'm not trying to tell people not to debate this topic or any other. It's a free country/world/internet. I'm just acknowledging that in the short time i've been around here, i've seen debate after debate on this topic go round and round in circles, without anything THAT I'M INTERESTED IN coming of it. It's maddening. I used to think it was extremely silly to get so upset about it so quickly and i still have a problem with that but i do understand where it's coming from.

I believe that this is the point we all know what is not allowed. But I think some, me included (I Think) want to know what is allowed

EG: I was walking past the children’s department on my way out of the shop I looked over at the play area were all the children were playing with various toys, and I was on the way to meet a man who wants to Rape me, and I intend to let him.

Would something like the above statement be allowed in a story or not or would it have to read like this.
