DC Universe Online

I can't put DC Universe online down, except for nookie. And Battlefield: Bad Company 2

I have to say that Portal (and the new Portal 2) is my fav in terms of stress relief, although I have had moments of wanting to through the controller through the flat-screen. Bending the laws of physics seems to fit my personality nicely. I've watched parts of Mass Effect 2, though, and if I had to pick a shooter game that looked best, that would be it.
