In your opinion, who punishes a set of big tits the worst, men or women? In my experiences, women with small tits have been the most sadistic, but men, especially bigger, stronger men, are more brutal. What are your thoughts?

Generally, in life, women are VICIOUS and men are, if anything brutal, at least in my experience, wether military, police, mercenary, or even office workers.
