šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡øāœ”ļø Election Results: Trump vs. Harris - As They Happen āœ”ļøšŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø

He will do that a week from Election Day based on early voting

They already have over 100 election cases filed

Peaceful Transfer of Power?? Thatā€™s for losers !!

Go watch ā€œThe Apprenticeā€ ā€˜rump was well trained!!

Roy Cohn must have loved fucking lilā€™ rumpā€™s ass. No proof that didnā€™t happen weekly at least !!!

The one downside to such early voting favouring the Republicans is that it gives the democrats more time to fine tune the numbers they need to just 'barely' win while still plausibly claiming the numbers aren't crazy suspicious.
Understanding how voting works is difficult...which is how the MAGA crowd convinces dipshits of things that aren't happening.

I trust the integrity of voting systems and processes. Trump lost in 2020 because more people voted for Biden in a few very close states.

Damn - this TastySuckToy Deplorable just got his ass handed to him by another MAGA simp.

And he thought he had a friend. ā˜¹ļø

I'm just putting this out there, now: I think Harris will winā€”by a LOT.
I hope she gets delivered the Senate AND the House, but people often don't bother voting down-ballot, casting their vote for president alone. Time will tell but I cannot help but feel there's a long, quiet blue wave rolling towards the shores of November 5th.

yes, i could just be super hopefully optimistic, but there's more and more evidence coming in showing not only more democrats registering and voting but a good proportion of republicans voting blue in order to keep trump away from the hot seatā€”in states that aren't known for being blue; in states where republicans might be shy to speak their concerns because of maga violence; in states where republicans haven't swallowed trump's desire to be a dictator and whose life-mantras are very very different to his.

I hope to hell you're right. šŸ˜Ÿ

The latest thinking is that Trump will call a victory for himself early.

If he's right that he won, he'll make the Dems look bad if they work to deny. If he's wrong, no harm done to him. (Lots of harm otherwise.)

What say you?
Since that's exactly what he did last time and it worked like a charm (and we now know it was all fully intentional on his part), of course he's going to do it again.

Don't be silly, everyone here knows the likes of you are going to claim the Dems did that no matter what happens.

Re: Nevada, keep in mind that most of the cow counties (they really call them that) have only a few thousand voters each. Those counties always go 70% Republican at least, but you are not talking about very many people. Once they've voted, the Republican base is spent.

Also - and this is actually a lot more important - the numbers BabyBoobs is so excited about are in-person early voting, not to be confused with voting by mail. Republicans lead in the former, Democrats in the latter, which is exactly what we saw in 2020 - when Biden carried Nevada.

No changes either way. Trump's bluster is lower given the convictions over J6. What fool would rise up in his support knowing he/she would end up under arrest.

Georgia sees record number of Black voters cast ballots during early voting period

Nearly 873,000 Black Georgians voted before Election Day, according to data from the Secretary of Stateā€™s Office.

There have been 3.2 million votes cast thus far, according to election data from the Georgia Secretary of Stateā€™s Office. In comparison to the first 16 days of early voting in 2016 (1.3 million voters) and 2020 (2.1 million voters), this yearā€™s efforts dwarf any other records that were previously set.

As to be expected, the majority of the votes come from metro Atlanta where the majority of the stateā€™s voters reside, but there have also been record-breaking turnouts in smaller and mid-sized counties up and down the state.

Despite the polling, I'm still holding out hope Harris will take Florida.

It's possible. The presence of the abortion and marijuana initiatives on the ballot will turn out a lot more D than R voters.

The title of this thread references election DAY.

Even though early voting has begun, election day is next Tuesday.

Wannabee Lit polsters and talking heads be damned. Tabulated votes are all that matters.

Yup - and we're almost there.

'Trump Is Toast!ā€™ Michael Moore Confidently Predicts Harris Win in Rah-Rah MSNBC Hit

Filmmaker and political commentator Michael Moore made the bold prediction that former President Donald Trump is ā€œtoastā€ in the upcoming election and that he was ā€œoptimisticā€ that Vice President Kamala Harris would take the White House.

Speaking with MSNBCā€™s Ayman Mohyeldin on Sunday, Moore expressed confidence that Trumpā€™s political career is nearing its end. After 2016, when he went against expectations and predicted Trumpā€™s election victory, Moore is doubling down on his belief that the former president wonā€™t make a comeback.

ā€˜I went to a Trump rally ā€” the curtains are closing on his circusā€™

https://metro.co.uk/2024/11/04/i-went-a-trump-rally-curtains-closing-circus-21926419/

I loved the closing lines of that report:

ā€œIt was, at its core, a tedious, drawn-out circus that promised the thrill of a high-wire act but delivered the dullness of a retired clown stumbling through a routine. Like watching a really bad sequelā€”all the same characters, but none of the charm or magic of the original. As the uninspired ringmaster rambled aimlessly, lacking the fire that had once made his show captivating, it became clearer that the curtains were closing on Trumpā€™s circus, and it couldnā€™t come soon enough.ā€
