This was dangerous music when it came out. There was little that was like it. I saw them way before their peak (and forgot completely about them until finding a copy of one of their early cassettes I picked up in the bar) and again when they were on the Use Your Illusion tour in '91.
Day 23
Guns N Roses - Welcome To The Jungle
What a way to kick off an album. It just demands attention from the first second and remains completely brilliant until the last. God I would have loved to have seen them at their peak
Sorry, @morelikeasong is off this month. Substitute spankings are being administered.I will accept my spanking now
Bob Dylan, excellent song writer, I love most of the covers of his music. However, I just don't like his voice. It's shaped weird, has strange dips & flares. Voices should flow, but his creates an anxiety, a weird uncomfortable anxiety, in my field of vision. It's as though he's a bunch of cylinders, meant to be bound by gravity, but instead are floating in an unpredictable way, at once crashing into each there and yet floating too far apart. I know this makes no sense to people without chromesthesia, but Dylan fans are just sure I haven't heard the right song, that I'll love him eventually, when the truth is that I need a Xanax if forced to listen to him for any extended amount of time.Day 24 - Song with Lyrics you love
Story time with Bob.

His voice is very much an acquired taste even for those who don’t have visuals mixed with out audios. I enjoy his singing but he’ll never be confused with PavarottiBob Dylan, excellent song writer, I love most of the covers of his music. However, I just don't like his voice. I hear this so hard. Cannot stand listening to him.
