Ok, I'm not going to lie. I almost cheated when this is the song that popped up BUT --- I do think this song is an undiscovered gem. It's possibly the modern day stylistic mix of Bohemian Rhapsody mixed with a Christ allegory in the form of a prancy pig. It doesn't get better (weirder?) than that.

Day 12: A song from a solo male artist

This song is so beautiful and I’ll preface my next statements by saying I chose the song first before finding the video.
Then I found the video and it’s Lucy Hale. Just a collection of clips of Lucy looking stunning and dreamy and serene and sexy. I don’t know if I want to kiss her or be her. Or both. Probably both.

Gonna give a little mental health trigger warning on this one. Just in case. If you’re having a bad day don’t listen to this one. Or maybe that’s just me, idk.

Many know Kimya Dawson from the excellent soundtrack to the movie Juno. Or from her work as half of the Moldy Peaches, also on that soundtrack.
Her music is anti-folk and her style is certainly not for everyone.
This particular song hits me in an emotional spot.

This from my main music server. This has everything I have bought and ripped (so far) from my vinyl and CDs, as well as crap I used when DJing. Decades of music, almost 100,000 files last looked. I don't come close to remembering some of this stuff,and some of it I hate but kept ... just in case.

This should be easy. I am still scared. Here we go....

I still have Apple iTunes and about 60,000 files on it from songs I ripped from CDs and even MP3s I created from my record collection.

This is what popped up.

hate the visual on this video. I don’t ever recall hearing this song before. Not great, but not bad either.
