Fascinating.
You'd think I'd know more about my continent... But I really don't 🤣
It’s highly confusing. I don’t think there’s one continent that doesn’t have a little bit of weird, gray area.

Except for maybe Antarctica!

Another great area is the Middle East. It’s not a continent, but I don’t think anyone picked an artist during Asia or Africa. (could be wrong, I just don’t remember.)

Here you go, it was a lovely song in multiple languages

Day 16: A song from an Oceania artist
I love sad music. Lil Bo Weep is one of my consistent favorites. She wrote a lot about loss and sorrow and longing. I imagine it was from her own bad experiences in life.
Crybaby-Lil Bo Weep

Day 17: If you were going to Antarctica and could only bring 10 songs with you, what would one of them be?

I've no idea what I'd do in Antarctica.. Don't think I'd survive there 😭
Best take some precautions. This might come in handy, might not, better safe than sorry.

The Morse Code song

Perfect!

Penguin Cafe - The Life Of An Emperor
From their album "Handfuls Of Night" about penguins and Antarctica, so I would have to take some of their work.
The far south is top of my "want to go" list. I'll be heading to the far north (hopefully) later in the year for more midnight sun

Day 17: If you were going to Antarctica and could only bring 10 songs with you, what would one of them be?
This probably isn't one of my top 10 favorite songs that I can't live without. Maybe not even top 100. But it feels very appropriate for Antarctica.
Also - what 1st Gen iPod are we taking with us that only holds 10 songs?
"Gimme Shelter" - The Rolling Stones

Day 17: If you were going to Antarctica and could only bring 10 songs with you, what would one of them be?
This was my top played song last year so it seems I’m going to need it on my rotation. Bryan Ferry being weird will distract me from the harsh environment too
