Little Owl:

For people who get up to 14 migraine headaches a month, one to two servings of caffeine (150-200 milligrams) a day might help prevent headaches. But three servings or more could increase the number of attacks you have each month.

Caffeine can both trigger and relieve migraines, and its effects on the nervous system are not fully understood.

Small amounts of caffeine can help relieve migraine pain in the early stages. It can also increase the effectiveness of pain relievers like acetaminophen and aspirin by up to 40%. Caffeine can help with headaches by reducing inflammation, which can relieve pressure on nerves in the brain caused by changes in blood flow.

However, caffeine can also trigger migraines in some people. According to a study by Migraine Disorders, people who consume three or more servings of caffeine per day are more likely to experience a migraine attack that day or the next. People who usually consume less than one serving per day are also more likely to experience a migraine if they consume one or two servings in a day.

Additionally, suddenly stopping caffeine consumption can cause caffeine withdrawal headaches, which can start within 12–24 hours and last up to nine days. This is because caffeine constricts blood vessels in the brain, and when you stop consuming it, those vessels open back up, which can cause pain.

According to Medical News Today, people with migraines should limit their caffeine consumption to less than 200 mg per day, which is about the amount of caffeine in two cups of coffee.

Well that's the thing, sometimes I can't predict... This time it passed with just breakfast, thankfully. I didn't dare to take any caffeine as when exhausted, caffeine is an additional burden.

Now I've spent some hours in a botanistic garden, publicly in silver leash...

That makes me tingley, I'm going to ask....she says no:confused:
To the silver leash..
