It's a very mild fish that has a steak-like texture. You can do a lot with it but it's easy to overwhelm.

There was a soft ban a while back due to overfishing as I recall. I think they have restocked because see it a lot now.

Blueberry season might still be on, but bilberry season is mostly over. Though we have freezers stocked, of course. Those who like are picking lingonberries, and of course mushrooms. Kinda sad I can't eat much mushrooms, my parents pick such amounts that I could have a decent share.
