NY/NJ is wet too, not from the hurricane but enough to keep things indoors. I bought some pavers a while back and was waiting for the weather to cool off to putt them in but maybe next week.
My brother is in Atlanta and from what I hear they got pasted.

My 17 year old cat has had litter box issues lately so we are well aware of it. She's stained the hardwood so we're looking for a good cleaner.

I don't know about the stain, but vinegar helps to literally neutralise the smell (and the smell of vinegar just evaporates away).

I would guess there may be some of that in the bleed over southern Ohio line, but not generally across the state.
BTW I lived in Ohio for 5 years.
