I would guess there may be some of that in the bleed over southern Ohio line, but not generally across the state.
BTW I lived in Ohio for 5 years.
I have never been there, but I have spent time in Alabama and I remembered those being things I never saw or heard in my PNW roots. 🤣🤣🤣

Ohio is NOT south. It's Midwest and north of the Mason Dixon line.
It is south of Canada.
So if Ohio is "south", so is the PNW
I've never understood how Ohio gets lumped in to the Midwest. I'm from literally the heart where Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska meet. THATS Midwest. I'm sure there's a perfectly logical reason why I'm wrong as usual but it is bizarre. Kentucky is a weird state too in that some identity as Midwest, so make up this odd Ohio valley or kentuckiana monikers which actually makes some sort of sense....but then you get those that identify distinctly as southern lolol only the south doesn't claim them.

I think it's from the early settlement days that Ohio gets lumped in like that. It's agricultural in a way that Pennsylvania is definitely not, and culturally it has a lot in common with Indiana and Illinois.

Lady K and I are both native Philadelphians, both went to the same high school but she graduated 1975 & me 1972. We didn't know each other then...

I can see how with a nearly 50 year difference your circles might not have crossed lol

I have awful arthritis in both hands and my knuckles touch the screen before my fingers do. :ROFLMAO:

I’ll check it out…mine’s usually good, but it also might be partly a lazy operator…plus dew claws aren’t quite the same as thumbs 🤣
Well, the up- and downside of SwiftKey is that it can also learn from you. But I think it had an option to tell whether you're a sloppy or meticulous writer. At least it's way better than the standard keyboard+autocorrect that comes with Android.

Note: you need to check the settings, for some reason it picks the center suggestion by default when you finish writing a word. That's annoying as hell, but without it it's good. Also options for different layouts, size of keyboard etc.

And I think your claws skillful enough 😘
