I wish I could get good food IRL just as easily. (Having food delivered isn't cheap here - because eating out isn't cheap.) Seems like I need to buckle up and cook myself.

Cooking gluten free and sugar free is relatively easy - I cook gluten free all the time, and I don't really use much sugar in my cooking anyway.

It's baking that's a challenge.

Oh but that's how ti starts. I'm mostly cooking after recipes myself! And I'm not accomplished with fish at all, though I know a few recipes that work without fault.

I'm gluten free as well... but sugar free? That would kill me.

Like anything, you get used to having a sugar free diet. I lost 40 lbs (in 4 months) the first time I was on it. But no sugar added ice cream is hard to get used to, except for vanilla. One percent milk has 14 grams of lactose sugar. I'm only aallowed 5 grams all day...
