I am new to this site and have not posted yet but me and my husband would like to enter a few of our stories and poems and things. may not win but sounds like fun just trying.

Just make sure if you both intend to be in the contest that you sign up and submit stories separately. You can't use stories written by someone else for your points in Survivor.

I will get the scorecards up for the new participants within the next 24 hours. Will send y'all a pm when they are posted.

Yep, that's what you say. You've got pms enabled so you are good to go. You can go ahead and head over to the immunity thread and pick a number if you wish. I'll get the scorecards up soon and you'll get a pm with some more info once that is done.

No, it's not too late. As long as you post on this thread before the entry deadline (which is in October) and have pms enabled, then you are in the contest. Your scorecard will be created as soon as I have a few minutes of extra time on my hands. Probably won't be until Tuesday because I have a busy holiday weekend ahead of me.

There is some program built into the submissions process I think that will reject a story for spelling. If your story is going to have a lot of Australian slang or other words that are not common for the Americanized version of the English language, you should write a note in the Notes box at the bottom of the submission field about it so whoever is checking submissions will see it and possibly keep your story(ies) from being rejected for spelling.

Any story that posts between Jan 2, 2010 - Jan 1, 2011 counts for points for this year's contest.
