There are "zones" in the feet, that control every part of the body.... Feet should NEVER be neglected, IMHO!

I guess I have two - the fire this evening, and I had a nice burger for lunch.

I decided to chill in a hot tub after doing a bunch of swimming. It made my stretches a lot nicer. That is definitely something new for me and felt rather enjoyable.

I also had two scoops of ice cream, but we don't talk about those.....
