There are quite a few newbies that are witty and fun loving. Maybe you could organise a steering committee. As you said, “But we gotta come together”, bring those people into the warmth of your virtual cottage in the woods and make this place come alive

I think that’s the most frustrating part.

When I sign on, ready to ‘party,’ and I’m greeted by a thread on page 1 full of relative newbies, hating on men and cops and vets and [insert something Diosax would laugh at here] it kills my mojo.

Punchy, touchy sociopolitical debate may get some pussies wet around here. And that’s great! That’s why we have a general board, and even a politics board!

And our mod is encouraging it. Here, specifically, in this little subforum.

Starting theads, yes, as click bait to fan the flames of discord and it makes me sad!

I have only 77 on ignore, not quite up to @barefootgirl69 's level of 88, but I'd expect that women would have more cause to ignore than men.

My list includes quite a few a-ho's and their alts, some (many?) who may have vanished.

I have also put on ignore a few who post "youthful" photos of, beautiful yes, women in pics threads — I'd report these if I knew they were actual violations, but instead I use the ignore feature, as suggested.

The other growing group of litsters whom I ignore is the folk who reply, quoting every image with inane commentary and blow up threads without any meaningful contribution. There are also those making stupid interjections in general. This is a smaller list for me, as I can, as noted, scroll on past. When a litser somehow sidesteps that ignore feature, I cannot say that my experience is "ruined", but it is diminished. — (apparently that is the case for several others here)

I think that The Playground should be made a separate entity from the Literotica Personals forum. I also think that the [derisive adjectives deleted] A-to-Z word game threads should have their own sub-category.
