I would love to hear what you have to say. Sometimes the pile of drivel resonates with someone who really needs to know they aren't the only ones feeling or thinking a certain way. You have to sift a lot of dirt to get a nugget sometimes.

What BFG just said. I know when I do post something sometimes it is because I'm hoping I'm not the only one who feels a certain way about something.

As someone who has a dog though, sifting thru a lot of dirt often results in finding a nugget of something that isn't exactly gold lol so I am somewhat hesitant to start sifting in the first place.

I mostly lurk. For a few reasons...it feels weird jumping in on a thread that already has 50 pages and other times it feels odd because everyone seems to know each other already and to jump in feels awkward and a little bit like being the new kid at school.

I'll second what PLP says. We were all new at one time. My start date says 2006. I was super active back then. I left for many years and came back as a second-time newbie.

This is a good place to explore, discuss, maybe even discover a few things. There's a good thread in the Talk section about mental illness / depression. I think Wild Honey started a thread about depression here in Cafe, too. So you're not alone in that.

As to one note stuff, you like what you like. There are probably lots of different ways to explore being naked, being embarrassed. (Like messaging people and asking questions. Hope I didn't jump down your throat too hard).
