I was at the beach last weekend and this topic came up. There were 5 girls involved in the discussion and 4 of the 5 said that once beach season was over (after Labor Day), they stopped shaving until the spring. Is this really a thing? Do others do this too? I’ve heard of not wearing white after Labor Day but this was the time that I heard about not shaving after Labor Day.

My ex had a regular pattern during the year. During the summer months, she would keep her pussy shaved smooth, in order to wear a bikini but also because she found it too warm around her pussy if she would have pubic hair. After summer, she would let it grow out during fall, so around winter she would have a full bush. Around March or April she would take her electric trimmer to trim the hairs down to about 3/8 inches (1 cm), keeping it like that until in May or June she would shave it into a 1 inch wide landing strip and keeping that until July when it was time to shave it bare again. And in September, she would stop shaving, so by the time it was winter, it was grown out to a full bush. All different styles during the year, based on the seasons, but keeping the fully shaved look exclusively for the summer months.

Have you tried sugaring yet. It is like waxing but with a bit less irritation. I did it (male here) and liked the results but some areas were really painful. Other areas not bad at all

The problem with waxing is you have to let it grow back quite a bit before your next wax and I don't like having any hair on me at any time so it's shaving for me!

To me they just look prettier when they are bare. Not to say that I would turn them away if they had hair or that they are not pretty with hair.
