I never have so I can't speak to the quality of the photos.
There are some yahoo groups with rather extensive and interesting amateur photo albums.
Then, thehun has a lot of amateur stuff too. I dont' think there is a forum though.

There's no need to pay money for porn: there are hundreds of thousands of free pictures out there on every subject. Here are some of the places you find them:
Blogs/Weird News sites: These sites are those crowded little pages with teeny tiny text in multiple columns. A lot of their links will lead to paysites, but usually somewhere on the site itself are large galleries of porn or random images or both. The most famous site of this genre that I know of that has HUGE amounts of free porn galleries and free random pictures AND free pics in the message board is The Stile Project. About one "no good" link like this in about every five gallery (good) links is average. If you find you're getting more crud sites than this, you have a bad TGP and should try another. Some TGPs are completely crud free. It helps, though, to have a popup stopper program running when you use TGPs to avoid nasty surprises.
