The GOP has filed a complaint with the FEC over Harris being given access and control over the Biden for President campaign war chest.

Until that complaint is resolved, any money spent on Harris may have to be repaid if the complaint is found in favor of the GOP. Money Harris doesn't have.

IF she uses those funds and it's determined that she didn't have legal access to them, she'll have to repay the money AND a fine on top.

It's not something I'd recommend doing given that the FEC chairman has reservations about how the "transfer" was done and that the applicable statutes prohibit it from being done like that.

She’s been on that committee for years. Therefore, she’s had full access to those funds for years. Period. Given that she has had access to said funds for years, there was no need to transfer funds to her.

All of the rules posted in your original link have to do with what you can and cannot due with funds left in a committee account you want to close. Do yourself a favor and look it up. : )

We don’t know if Donald Trump was injured on the 13th. He claims he was shot, while the media claims he was hit by a shard of glass. There are problems with both of those claims. We need a deeper investigation into the shooting and the role of the secret service.

Personally I don’t think Donald Trump was injured at all on the 13th. There was no sign of a wound when he played golf the next day, or at the start of the RNC. The bandage only appeared when people started commenting that he didn’t appear to be hurt.
