My 38DDs are real, but if they ever start facing the ground I would have them put back where they belong, but that's just me. I pass no judgment on women who have had them put in. My only thoughts would be that if you are going to go through the expense, the risk and pain from surgery, then spend a little more and make sure to get them done by a plastic surgeon who is not only board certified, but has a reputation of making the implants look as natural as possible. I have seen some really crappy boob jobs and then again, I've seen some amazing ones, as well.
