Seconded. While it seems people have a strong preference for natural, based on the replies in this thread, everyone is different. I suspect there's a good reason so many women in adult entertainment get boob jobs. It's also reasonable to suspect that the majority of their viewing audience knows they're fake and is ok with it on some level. The OP doesn't distinguish between regular every day women and women who's jobs are sex industry related. Nor whether it's only the visual appeal or if physical contact makes a difference in one's opinion.

I had to correct a dude complaining about fake boobs....No woman has 'FAKE' Boobs....there enhanced.

I prefer whatever the woman was born with. First time I felt an enhanced boob....I didn't like it. It was 30 years ago, so they may feel more natural now. They looked good....but felt hard, and lumpy. Boobs don't matter to me....the lady does. I've always maintained "size doesn't matter!".

I understand that there are reasons why some women get breast augmentation. It is a very personal choice to make and there are many implications to consider, not least the fact that it goes wrong so many times and the woman ends up horribly scarred, physically and emotionally.

I prefer real over 'enhanced', 'implants', 'fake' - whatever you want to call it- any day. Big or small, what does it matter if they are part of my lover.

I want to touch warm, womanly flesh and not some silicon blob.

Well, you don't need large breasts to be able to show cleavage. And, honestly, it's hotter (in my opinion, of course) to see small breasts - braless - under a shirt than a lot of cleavage poppin' out.

Real for me definitely. Enhanced suggests made better, which suggests bigger is better, or that there is an optimum size / shape. Obviously there are some breasts that I find more attractive but part of the joy in life is the variety. Sometimes I love the idea of massive breasts with huge nipples that you can just bury your face in. Sometimes a nice handful is just perfect.

One of the sexiest moments in my life was on a date with a flat chested girl in the park on a summers evening. I greatly prefer real - of any size. Fake looks fake, feels fake. I have had partners with both breast augmentation and breast reduction. Frankly, real is so much more attractive to me. I honestly think women get augmentation because of what they think in their head and not what men really want - as evidenced in the responses to this thread.

I've never encountered women with anything but real breasts as a sexual partner so I have no first-hand experience which probably says more for the type of women that attract me. That said, I've seen plenty of photographic evidence and still hold that anything but "real" is of no interest to me if it were simply done for cosmetic reasons.
