Are there butt plugs available that can for lack of a more graceful way to say it, vent gasses?

I've found that after half an hour or so I have to remove it and pass gas.

I'd love to be able to keep it in all day but that seems to be rare.

I think it will come as no surprise to hear: start small. If you're not used to having anything back there, start small, and use plenty of lubrication.

Oh, and on top of that: RELAX! It may not be easy at first, and even once you've stretched yourself a few times, there will be episodes where those muscles just tell you: not today.

I read too many stories on sites like this where the author uses the words: "hurts so good" where anal play is involved. That's bullshit. If the sphincter muscles back there aren't ready, it's not so much a pain as it is a burn, and there's no "good" to it. If your ass isn't ready, the only thought in your mind is "get this the fuck out of me."

It isn't a swift process. Your muscles need to get used to the stretch, and unfortunately, butt toys don't come in eighth inch increments, so there WILL be some discomfort, and you will feel the burn I mention above. Just remember: pain is your body's way of telling you something's wrong. If the pain is great, you've gone too far, too fast.

Smaller toys will slide in more easily, because they'll be more cylindrical. As the diameter increases, the plug will become closer to spherical. The more spherical (most plugs have a taper to them - there are exceptions) the plug gets, the more difficult it will be to get those muscles to cooperate, because they will need to open along that taper, then will close back down when the bulb gets inside.

And make sure you're using an actual anal plug, one that has a flange or stop on the end, something that will keep the object from continuing on inside your body. The anus, for being an "out" hole, can be pretty hungry when it wants to be, and if there's nothing to stop the object you're using from going all the way in, your ass will happily swallow the whole damn thing, and I don't think many of us care to have that emergency room visit...

As far as clean-up: No matter what, you will encounter dirt. Before playing with your butt, the least you'll want to make sure of is that you've had a good bowel movement. If not, your clean-up will be a lot more involved that it might otherwise. So, when extracting your toy, unless you're 200% sure there's nothing up there (aside from said toy), it would be advantageous to take the plug out in the bathroom, over the toilet. Oh yeah, that's another thing about the flange stop: it gives something to grab hold of for extraction. To aid in clean-up, you might want to try using a condom over the toy before lubing it up and slipping it inside.

So, depending on how far you go with your ass stretching, you'll end up with a collection of smaller plugs that you no longer need. There's nothing to be done for that, because it isn't like you can (or should - why would you even want to) give them to someone else. Eww.

There are materials to consider, especially once you get going. I don't remember all the caveats with the different materials, though. Some materials don't work well with certain types of lube. Some are safer on the body, though if you go the condom route, you don't need to concern yourself quite so much about what your plug is made from.

While I'm sure I'm probably missing something:

Start small

LUBRICATE

ALWAYS go slow

RELAX!

I have an issue where, after awhile, my ass just wants to jettison the plug. Had to reinsert it on the QT in Walmart.

One of those days and....my ass is so hungry. Headed out for another family gathering. 50 mile drive and then....rocking in that same recliner with the plug "knock, knock, knockin'". Keenly aware of my ass and my sexuality. At some point, I'll probably take the dogs on a two mile walk while there as well.
