Today we celebrated my middle child who graduated summa cum laude and is preparing to apply to a PhD program.
We are so very proud of all the work and dedication they have put in. A COVID HS frad and beginning of college didn’t slow her down!
Mama made rice, beans, salsa, guacamole, carnitas, pastor, and chicken and a four layer chocolate and vanilla cake with raspberries and strawberries to celebrate her accomplishments. This pic may have been taken after a few margaritas.
