It helps to have very... attention seeking? extroverted?... nipples, as the nipple is what holds it in place. Some styles, like the ones I posted above, are slightly adjustable. If you look at the top ring, you can see a small space in the ring. The ends were originally touching, but I was able to open it up just a bit. It also could have been made a bit smaller. Solid rings are usually ordered by size. The Etsy artist who made my solid rope pattern rings sent me a business card with different sized holes punched in it. Each hole corresponded to a diameter in millimeters. You then see which size fits each nipple best and order accordingly. Lighter styles stay on easier.
