Chaos: Don't Stress, Undress

I love how you've lit this, and you look absolutely incredible. It almost feels like a still from a Hitchcock movie, where we know that a debonair villain in an impeccably tailored suit is about to steal into the room and do something unspeakable to the poor heroine...

*lays out suit
🔥 That’s hot … I mean, oh no! How awwwful! 😈

@Lmizzler ...
So.. professor? The only ceiling fan I have is over my kitchen table... which is tiny... 🤔😬
Other options I’ve heard of or seen people try for overhead views…
-Top of the headboard
-Top of the dresser by the bed
-On top the shower head if it’s a large flat version
-A shelf in your shower
-a ladder rigged up for the purpose of the picture

Orrrr, just say screw it and go back to taking incredible shots still.

Cause let’s be honest, all you people are 🔥!!!!!

I was happy to see that my question was the theme this week. Thanks @Lmizzler

This was taken this morning, the overcast light coming through the window and no lights on in the room. I picked a darker filter. Some of them showed every vein and freckle; I decided against those. 😬 Then I adjusted the lighting setting. So this is what I ended up with.
I don’t know what instructions you read or followed for this but you seem to have nailed it! 🥵

Here's one more that fits the theme. :) Because I know you were all waiting impatiently. :ROFLMAO:

I tried something new here. I wanted my image to appear ghostly, so I put the camera on a tripod and took two shots - one with me in it and one without. I layered them, then reduced the opacity of the layer containing my image until I got ghostly enough. 👻

I have no equipment, so I have to use a lot of innovation.

I was once asked how I took my shower photos of my shower penis.

So this is Mr. wriggle's secret.

I used this shower or an almost identical one in the big bathroom.

I then place the phone in these handles and set a timer.

After previous lessons here this week - I might try the video frame capture method next time.

I then take my photo and use a free app called Inshot where I crop and filter - usually LATTE because it makes my skin a healthier colour and gives it a slightly vintage magazine feel.

The end result is the photo I posted in Wet Wednesday Thread yesterday that has since been deleted because it's Thursday now.

So to finish the lesson
Here is an uncropped version of that now removed pic

That's cool!

I don't have s a lot of equipment anymore - an old DSLR, a tripod, and a free editing program called GIMP on my laptop. It is like an open-source Photoshop. It doesn't automatically apply a lot filters or anything. It has a few, but mostly it is for straightforward editing. Honestly, I haven't used it in so long I'd almost forgotten how!

Good tutorial and way to use the space and stuff that you can to make do.
