Yes and yes. Came for past tense always…and it messes with my head every time and I pause to consider if I used it correctly.

I recently tried switching from coming to cuming and I don’t think I can’t keep it up. I can’t decide if there’s one or two m’s and I feel illiterate using it most of the time. But I felt old when I insisted on using coming. I’m not a neurotic or second guessing sort at all, so I meant it when I said this one vexes me.

Weirdly enough I recently reconsidered whether to mix it up (not that I chat enough for it to really matter), and didn't reach a conclusion. But on reflection it seems like it might risk breaking the mood
