Oh that sucks!! Do you have any other options for therapists? I switched mine in the same practice because I just wasn’t meshing with the first one. Or there’s online therapy services now too. A podcast I listen to advertise for TalkSpace, but I don’t know how much it is.

This last time i was looking for a therapist I did a list of wants and it was so helpful for me.

It made such a difference to have a bilingual bicultural therapist. For me.
